Go up closer to the Village Hall
Turn left onto the bridge over the river
Turn round and head back down School Lane towards the Bridge
| School Lane. On the left is the old forge. Arthur Painter used to be the Village Blacksmith. Look at the iron gates and find the initials "AP". The thatched building on the right is the Village Hall. Opposite the Village Hall is a little bridge over the river. School Lane continues on round the house looking at us but ends in a cul de sac with a footpath over the hills. | |
