| The entrance to The Langet off High Street. This very narrow road turns through 90 degrees to the left and comes out again in Upper Up. At the turn there is a footpath through to the very end of Meadow Way. The origin of the name "Langet" is unknown, but probably derives from "Lane Gate" at the edge of the Village. | |
